• How do I sign-up for Prometric?

  • I entered information on my application incorrectly. What should I do?

    Mistakes happen. If you noticed that you entered information on your application incorrectly, don’t panic! You will need to reach out to Prometric directly to fix the error. (888) 277-3500

  • When will I receive a test date?

    After you have submitted your application with payment, and completed your level II background check, it can take up to 90 days to receive a test date from Prometric. This is always subject to change and out of control of GatorCNA.

  • I am not sure if I have a background check on file. What should I do?

    Prometric requires a level II background check. A level II background check consists of digital fingerprints and a photo. If you completed one for something else and want to check to see if you can use it for testing, you will need to reach out to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for verification.   • What if I need to reschedule my exam?

    If you need to reschedule your exam date, you will need to reach out to Prometric as soon as possible. Prometric charges $30 to reschedule your exam if you call greater than 5 business days of the exam. If you call within 5 business days of the exam, Prometric will charge you $155 to reschedule.

  • I am worried that I am not prepared for the written exam.

    If you are concerned that the Thinkific study material is not enough to prepare you for the written portion of the exam, we have textbooks that you can rent. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can set this up for you.
